Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing operational tasks and supporting our Executive Team and staff. This in-office position requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Call insurance carriers to handle tasks such as resolving client issues and obtaining required documentation.
- Support the team with audits and ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Order and manage ID cards for employees and clients.
- Assist with preparing and organizing proposals for meetings.
- Perform general office tasks, including opening and sorting mail.
- Pull invoices and renewals for Account Managers and Executives.
- Conduct billing discrepancy audits and resolve issues.
- Help with CRM-related tasks, including updating client records and commissions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions promptly.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., creating spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues independently.
- Experience in calling insurance carriers or working within the insurance industry is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
